The Disputes group has grown by over 180% in recent years and now generates impressive revenue. It's packed with smart, ambitious partners and fee earners who truly value the role of BD. You'll work directly with the Group Head and senior leadership to drive international growth, spot new business opportunities, and build smart, sector-led campaigns around hot legal developments.

You'll be the go-to advisor for the practice, partnering with stakeholders across commercial litigation, financial services disputes, employment, and investigations. There's also a line management element, with a Senior BD Executive reporting into you once hired.
