Job Title: Pensions Business Development ManagerLocation: LondonWorking style: Hybrid and/or remoteSalary: £75,000 - £85,000Are you currently Business Development Manager in the pensions industry and look to take the next step in your career? BWD have an excellent opportunity that would suit people from a number of backgrounds.We are collaborating with one of the top Professional Trustee firms who are looking to strengthen their business development team with 2 new hires, from both the new client business and existing client business sides. One will be to focus on developing existing client relationships and identifying new services and solutions that they can assist with, whilst the other will focus on winning new business across new and existing markets.Both roles will offer an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving market, it would suit someone with 5+ years of business development or client relationship experience within the pensions market. You will be crucial in the growth of the business and help senior stakeholders with strategic account growth and lead generation. You will also attend industry events and promote the brand awareness.The governance and trustee market is experiencing significant growth, offering pension professionals an excellent opportunity to diversify and advance their careers in an increasingly dynamic environment. As the pensions landscape continues to evolve, these firms are keen to expand their service offerings and explore new avenues for client engagement.Experience Required
  • 5 years’ experience is essential, from a business development role within pensions.
  • A proven tack record of excellent sales, including cross selling, or client relationship management is essential.
  • A collaborative team player who is highly self-driven and can thrive in a busy environment.
