You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving sales, securing strategic partnerships and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. To be successful in this role you’ll need at least 3 years’ experience in business development or a similar sales role and proven expertise in the EV / Fleet sector. Key responsibilities:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of self-identified opportunities
- Create and execute account plans to build a diverse portfolio of active clients
- Achieve sales goals, including securing sales and expanding the pipeline
- Collect win/loss data and market insights to inform continuous improvement
- Ensure proposals are optimally priced, timely and meet each client expectations
Skills and experience required:
- 3+ years of success in business development or sales in EV, automotive, energy, or related sectors
- Strong communicator across all levels and backgrounds
- Expertise in top-tier sales processes and competitive strategies
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Skilled in managing and prioritising diverse tasks
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
