Our client, an incredibly successful Foodservice business whom operate across the UK, are looking to recruit a driven, hungry candidate to join their Business Development team. Working on a field basis and with the full support of a fantastic lead generation operation (you will be given 20-25 new leads every single day!), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.Our client have been established for over 30 years and have grown to a huge operation, with over 100 FTE and a turnover of over £70m. With zero marketing, they have grown over 20% YOY for each of the last 10 years, including the pandemic years! Focussing primarily on supplying a wide range of ingredients to Fast Food/Takeaway outlets across the UK (at a very competitive price!), they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to boost their sales footprint across London and the South. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Utilising daily leads (20-25 a day) and contacting potential new clients- Setting up in-person meetings to run through business terms- Closing new business/contracts- Exceeding sales/sign-up targetsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of working in a Sales/Business Development capacity (ideally within Foodservice)- Experience of exceeding sales targets/expectations- Fluency in English and another South Asian language (Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi, etc)- Full UK driving licence- Motivation to earn great money in commissionIn addition to a very competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, our client are also offering the following:- Uncapped commission structure (realistic first year OTE: additional £10,000 - £15,000)- Company car (Tesla)- Autonomous working schedule (on the field meeting clients, only requisite to be in West London office once a week)- Incredible progression opportunities (the current COO started out in this exact position!)Our client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
