Our client, a fast-growing Luxury Retail business whom have been established for 10 years, are looking for a hungry, driven Business Development/Sales Manager to assist in building their UK operation. Working on a hybrid basis (Monday/Thursday in London HQ) and managing your own diary in terms of meeting potential clients, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate!Our client have been established for a decade and have grown considerably in that time - initially starting out selling solely online, they have over time built up great relationships with nationwide Retail chains, selling their amazing products in physical stores across the UK. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales candidate, ideally with Retail connections, to continue to grow their business and push their products into retail stores across the country. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Developing new business with Retailers across the UK- Increasing product range/space within existing Retail clients- Negotiating new contracts / renewing existing contracts- Working alongside a designated Account Management team to ensure fantastic client relationship(s)- Exceeding both new business and existing customer growth targets- Offering a strategic/consultative solution to any B2B client needs- Owning the entire sales cycle - from initial outreach to pitching solutions in personIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of developing working relationships with Retailers across the UK- Demonstrable experience of exceeding sales revenue/growth targets- Ability to influence, drive, challenge and motivate external clients- Fun, sociable personalityIn addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:- Healthy commission structure (£100,000+ OTE)- Autonomous working schedule- Company phone/laptop- Incredible progression opportunities!Our client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s)are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
