Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global logistics business in their sales team to drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales plans and improve quality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize all potential selling opportunities.
  • Drive growth by expanding product sales across various ranges.
  • Lead, motivate, train, and support colleagues to help them reach their goals and objectives.
  • Continuously develop a strong sales pipeline, targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Proactively follow up on leads to create new opportunities.
