- Drive process improvement and transformation projects to simplify operations and enhance business performance
- Diagnose and resolve supply chain issues across external distribution networks as needed
- Develop and maintain project plans, utilizing existing processes to manage the EMEA region, to ensure timely launches, and be the voice of our client's internal operations with our card partners
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a category, channel, or operations manager, or related experience in Consumer Products, Retail, eCommerce
- Experience in project and partner management, overseeing complex cross-functional projects
- Ability to work independently in setting up and maintaining operations for the EMEA region.
- Critical thinker/problem solver who can break down complex activities to attainable project tasks.
- Ability to keep organized and clearly communicate across a fast paced team.
- Experience with SQL queries, scripts, and/or advanced spreadsheets
- Experience managing retail metrics and reporting
- Experience managing logistics and/or supply chains for retail or consumer products
- Experience in Gift Card Operations
