As part of our client, the Retail and Payments Activation team is a critical driver of revenue growth by enabling users to pay on Play through gift cards, offered at over 900,000 points of retail distribution across 31 countries.  You’ll be part of a unique team that focuses on delivering a flawless physical and digital product globally, helping consumers have an easy, flexible way to pay for the in-game items and content they love. Role Brief The Retail & Payments Activation team is looking for a Business Operations Manager responsible for driving projects and programs to improve ongoing operations to sustain the EMEA gift card business. The Business Operations Manager will work closely with internal teams as well as coordinate operations with external partners, to maintain product availability, drive process improvements and launch new programs and products across EMEA. The ideal candidate has both analytical and relationship-building skills, meticulous attention to detail, and is able to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly-growing business.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
  • Drive process improvement and transformation projects to simplify operations and enhance business performance
  • Diagnose and resolve supply chain issues across external distribution networks as needed 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, utilizing existing processes to manage the EMEA region, to ensure timely launches, and be the voice of our client's internal operations with our card partners
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a category, channel, or operations manager, or related experience in Consumer Products, Retail, eCommerce
  • Experience in project and partner management, overseeing complex cross-functional projects
  • Ability to work independently in setting up and maintaining operations for the EMEA region.
  • Critical thinker/problem solver who can break down complex activities to attainable project tasks.
  • Ability to keep organized and clearly communicate across a fast paced team.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: 
  • Experience with SQL queries, scripts, and/or  advanced spreadsheets
  • Experience managing retail metrics and reporting
  • Experience managing logistics and/or supply chains for retail or consumer products
  • Experience in Gift Card Operations
