Join a prestigious transportation company as a Manager Business Support and lead the operations across various departments including Customer Supply Contracts, Account Management, Card Services, and Customer Care. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless execution of business processes, uphold high service standards, and maintain our brand reputation.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Customer Supply Contracts team to ensure effective contract delivery and administration for both retail and commercial sectors.
- Managing Customer Account Management, coordinating with US Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing across all trade classes.
- Directing the Company Card Services Administration, managing third-party suppliers and banking inquiries.
- Maintaining high service standards in the Customer Care function to uphold the Company brand reputation.
- Managing marketing communications, including customer communications review and online subscriptions for the company's business.
- Handling returns load charges, processing miscellaneous billings such as rebates and ad hoc credits/invoices.
- Reviewing non-standard contract clauses with the Legal team and advising relevant teams accordingly.
- Overseeing SOX testing and audit processes, approving master data changes, and managing the UK Marketing Business Support/VCS budget.
- Owning contracts for key partners and managing negotiations and setups for Fuel Cards & Bunkering.
- Leading cross-acceptance schemes and managing relationships with acquirers, ensuring contract compliance and conducting regular business reviews.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in business support or operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Experience in contract management and negotiations.
- Familiarity with financial processes including invoicing and budget management.
- Proficiency in using corporate management software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
