A social impact agency are looking for a campaign manager to manage exceptional marketing campaigns and ensure client programmes create genuine brand and social impact by reaching, engaging and converting key audiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing multi-channel, integrated marketing and communications strategies utilising a deep understanding of key audiences (young people, teachers, parents, youth workers, employees and wider consumers). From upfront campaign strategy and planning to optimal channel mixes and creative ideation against channel selection, you will help drive the success of our client campaigns. You will have a passion for storytelling and an understanding of the importance of creative with knowledge of key channel formats and best practices. You will also have experience delivering campaign activity from end-to-end including working with creatives to develop marketing content for key channels, activity execution, optimisation, reporting and evaluation. You will share learnings from live campaigns and your experience to support managing a team of digital experts who are primarily focused on campaign execution.
