About the Role:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers and providing expert advice on vehicle options
  • Achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Maximising finance and product sales to increase earnings
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Managing the full sales process, from initial inquiry to handover

Hours of Work:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (on a rota basis - approx. 1 in 3)
  • Day off in lieu of Friday when working Saturday

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident and target-driven sales professional
  • Previous experience in car sales (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • A full UK driving license
