- Take ownership of sourcing projects across multiple categories, leading each stage from strategy to execution.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work with the supplier risk management team to maintain a current, accurate master supplier database.
- Provide support during peak periods to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Proven experience in tendering, ideally within FM or indirect categories (IT, Professional Services, HR, Marketing).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Supplier relationship management and negotiation experience, with a commercial and contract-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (ideally Proactics) and a drive for user adoption.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Highly numerate, with strong IT skills (MS Office, intermediate level).
- A salary of up to £50,000.
