FIND is recruiting on behalf of a leading global L&D consultancy that specialises in qualifications and workforce consultancy.With over 20 years of success selling directly to businesses and consumers, they have recently expanded into the channel sales model, working with resellers in China and India—a move that now contributes 30% of overall revenue.
The OpportunityFollowing this success, we are hiring a Channel Sales Director to build on this momentum, identifying and closing new reseller partners in untapped global markets. The commercial frameworks are in place—what we need is a leader to map, approach, qualify, and close new channel partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in setting up and scaling channel reseller partnerships
- Background in L&D, qualifications, or education sectors (advantageous)
- Ability to develop and execute a global channel sales strategy
- A strong dealmaker who can own the end-to-end partnership cycle
