We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Client Delivery Director (Communications, Media and Telecommunications). Our client is an international consultancy which provides IT consulting and business process outsourcing services for industries including banking, health care, manufacturing, media, and entertainment!
What You Can Expect
- Location - London (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in London office)
- Salary - £100,000 - £120,000 (plus £10,000 annual bonus)
- Work type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Client Delivery Director (Communications, Media and Telecommunications)
- Drive client delivery, establish strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Build & manage senior and mid-level customer relationships in Business & IT.
- Prepare and execute an Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) sales strategy with industry vertical sales teams for the assigned accounts.
- Own all activities in a sales cycle - building a qualified pipeline of opportunities, creating a differentiated solution proposal aligned to a client’s needs, creating a win-win commercial model and driving closure of consulting opportunities.
- Find opportunities to contribute to and enhance the IPA Practice
- Strong People Management, to motivate team members and enable them to perform at their best, develop and grow.
- Establish methodologies to deliver solutions to our clients
- Own revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV and customer satisfaction for the assigned accounts.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs from prospects and clients.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Candidates must have experience delivering IT services in the Communications, Media or Telecommunications Sector either directly or via a consultancy.
- Experience working in an IT consultancy is essential.
- Experience in coaching or leading delivery teams is preferred.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
- Strong client management experience.
- Experience selling or delivering Automation or AI services is preferred.
- Willing to travel approximately 40% annually to client sites if required.
