The Opportunity

We are looking for Client Engagement Manager which is a new business to business sales position to help develop Technology business. This business is established in Hays both locally and globally becoming a key investment area offering our customers exceptional access to talent and business solutions that they would not access without us.

As the demand for technologists across every sector increases relentlessly, the Technology business in London remains a key strategic priority for Hays' investment plan. We are actively recruiting across a variety of markets and a key focus is on building out the contract team with multiple additional Client Engagement Managers. Focusing primarily on client development, you will be actively focused on select strategic clients with a brief to develop relationships and achieve budgeted revenue growth within these accounts.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Client Engagement Manager (CEM), you'll have the freedom to do things differently to manage your own area of the market. You will operate within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow.   • Building new relationships with clients to identify business opportunities
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify key areas to target
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in the market
  • Working alongside a key accounts and our solutions business to ensure that all opportunities are being explored
  • Ensuring that we are delivering on the commitments we have made to new businesses
