We are looking to find a fantastic Client Relationship Manager on a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months for our client, a top-tier law firm.

Headlines

  • This cient has a hybrid working model, so you'll need to be in the office just 50% of the time.
  • Ideally, they would like someone full-time but they would consider exceptional candidates who work a 4-day week as well.
  • You'll be in a very friendly team of 4 Client Relationship Managers, focusing on Banks.

  • This is a global role with tonnes of exposure, both internally and external.
  • Solid CRM experience is key for our cient. Ideally you will have legal experience managing financial institution clients. However, any experience of managing mature clients will be highly valued for this role.

The Science Bit!

  • The purpose of the role is to strengthen client relationships with the ultimate objective of shortening the sales cycle.
  • You'll be working in partnership with the Managing Relationship Partners (MRPs), global client teams and the broader partnership to build and deepen client relationships with a selection of the firm's priority clients.

You'll need to have:

  • relevant experience in a dedicated client account management team.
  • knowledge and experience of business development in a professional services or partnership environment.
  • outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) influencing, driving change, challenging, sharing knowledge.
  • the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels, both partner and client facing.
  • a high degree of commercial acumen - you need to be a strategic thinker, able to prioritise, make decisions, influence, and gain buy-in.
  • a client-service focused mindset.
  • strong client awareness, an understanding of the legal market and a broad understanding of products and client targets.
  • planning and project management ability - you need to be results-oriented and resourceful.
