Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
- Support the Wealth Managers with client administration and account management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, anticipating client needs and delivering proactive solutions.
What you'll need:
- Experience working in a wealth management firm (essential).
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to client service.
- Studying towards (or intention to study) the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (advantageous).
