Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
  • Support the Wealth Managers with client administration and account management.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships, anticipating client needs and delivering proactive solutions.

What you'll need:

  • Experience working in a wealth management firm (essential).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to client service.
  • Studying towards (or intention to study) the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (advantageous).
