About the Role
As a Client Services Manager, you will be the key link between our clients, designers, and strategists, ensuring projects run smoothly and exceed expectations. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee timelines, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the creative process.
Key Responsibilities:
? Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong and trusted partnerships
? Oversee the delivery of branding and packaging projects, ensuring alignment with client goals
? Work closely with creative teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
? Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
? Identify and resolve client concerns proactively, maintaining a solutions-focused approach
? Provide regular reports on client feedback, project performance, and emerging trends
What We’re Looking For:
?? Experience in client services, account management, or project management within a creative agency or packaging design environment
?? A strong understanding of branding, packaging, and design processes
