We’re looking for a highly creative Content Marketing Manager for a Men and Womenswear formal attire brand based in central London. We’re looking to speak with candidates who have a real passion for content marketing, who can plan, develop and implement overall content strategy, from conception straight through to implementation, and are comfortable in both online and offline marketing.

The Role:

The Head of Content Marketing will work with the channel owners and creative teams to ideate and produce B2C content which inspirers and informs our customer base. We’re looking for someone with new ideas and a fresh approach who can take our brand to the next level.

  • Own and manage country-specific content calendars
  • Managing a team of 2 (Copywriters).
  • Working closely with merchandising team to schedule marketing activity on the back of product deliveries and seasons agreed by the business.
  • Working closely with CRM to schedule and actively propose A/B test for e-mails and homepage design.
  • Collaborating with design team and give feedback on assets from the point of Copy and Marketing, making sure the message is consistent and on brand.
  • Should be comfortable using an array of market research methods to assist in content creation and ideation.
  • Should be comfortable in holding ideation workshop sessions to plan out content initiatives with wider creative and digital teams.
  • Manage the overall brand voice and identity ensuring all content adheres to strict brand guidelines.
  • Work with channel owners to map out content initiatives, editorial workflows and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ensure content is consistent across all channels and can work across SEO, Social, Email, Affiliates, Paid Advertising.
  • Write, edit, proofread and be the go-to person for everything content related.

The Person

As the Content Marketing Manager, you must be a self-starter, have a passion for content and be proactive.

  • Strong project management and presentation skills, ensuring every initiative follows a clearly defined process.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SEO and creating content which will rank well in Google.
  • An eye for design, good story telling and story boarding with excellent communication skills to articulate these ideas.
  • Experience in the fashion industry would be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a natural collaborator, motivator and a team player.
  • Experience in creating content briefs with the ability to clearly extract and articulate content requirements.
  • Responsible for online and offline marketing content.
