My client, a very successful leisure company are seeking an experience Sales Manager to join their company and lead an already well established sales team.
Job Description
- Demonstrate through your behaviour and attitude that as part of the team you have ownership of and understand the company vision, missions and values
- Understand and implement the sales service continuum
- Work closely with your fellow management team and develop their understanding of the sales strategy
- Hit your contracts’ targets and understand your contracts business objectives
- Achieve your individual productivity and sales targets
- Inspect, monitor and review the sales process to ensure targets are met at all sites
- Understand the categories and volumes of membership sales required to achieve sites monthly targets given you by your Contract/Regional Managers
- Ensure that there is a monthly plan in place in order to hit your contracts targets to include appropriate marketing, generation of leads, resource and productivity
- Achieve budget across the DD line on an ongoing basis
- Targets must be achieved across fitness and health, swimming fitness and swimming lessons and revenue in line with company standards including any other membership or point of sale categories sold
- Manage the cut off point for your contract and work with Support Hub to resolve any queries
- Improve the standards of the facilities in the contract
- Ensure all company processes and procedures are implemented at all times and reporting is completed on time by your department
- Support the centre’s work towards Quest, IiP, ISO 14001, 18001/45001 and other awards
- Deliver a customer experience that generates customer compliments
- Have knowledge of the facilities in the contract programmes
- Respond to comments in a positive manner and put systems in place to prevent reoccurrence where possible
- Manage Single Customer View enquires, feedback and sales lead portal to achieve company standards
- Have regular meetings with the Fitness Managers/Sales Managers to ensure that the sales to fitness journey for every member is being completed to a high standard
- Be an inspirational leader fulfilling sales colleagues’ potential in order for them to exceed customer’s expectations
- Develop an excellent reputation within your locality
The role will require, weekend and evening working but working from home is also avaliable.
Salary- £33,000 to £38,000 basic plus commission £50,000 to £55,000 OTE
