Corporate Development Senior Manager - London

NSTR is partnering with an international PE backed business in London who are looking to recruit a Senior Manager in their highly active CorpDev team.

This is a circa 10 month contract role to begin in April 2025.

Ideal candidate will be qualified, have Deals / M&A background, strong modelling etc.

Must be able to start early April. Language skills a plus but not pre-requisite.

You will be responsible for sourcing and leading deals, and being involved in all phases of the transaction, either personally or via members of your team, such as LOI, IM reviews, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, legal documentation, integration planning, etc
