- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of CRM campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring they meet client expectations
- Oversee the localisation of CRM components of European campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and understanding their needs.
- Develop and support the execution of local content where appropriate.
- Utilise the Adobe Campaign Management suite to manage and track campaign performance, ensuring optimal results.
- Prepare and present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, campaign or account management, preferably within a marketing, media or advertising agency.
- Proven experience working with major brands (automotive ideal) and great client facing skills
- Strong background in CRM channels, and campaign management.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Campaign Management suite.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
