If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Campaign Manager to join our client’s agency team, dedicated to working with a major global automotive brand!About the RoleAs Campaign Manager you will be the key interface for the agency's CRM domains with the client. Leveraging your expertise in CRM, you will ensure the successful execution of end-to-end campaigns. This role focuses primarily on the UK/IE market, with some involvement across other European markets. Please note this is a hybrid role, with a mix of 2-3 days office/client site, and the remainder working remotely.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of CRM campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring they meet client expectations
  • Oversee the localisation of CRM components of European campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and understanding their needs.
  • Develop and support the execution of local content where appropriate.
  • Utilise the Adobe Campaign Management suite to manage and track campaign performance, ensuring optimal results.
  • Prepare and present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, campaign or account management, preferably within a marketing, media or advertising agency.
  • Proven experience working with major brands (automotive ideal) and great client facing skills
  • Strong background in CRM channels, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Campaign Management suite.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
