- Support CRM management across events, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Assist in optimising Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot for efficiency and user experience.
- Handle forms, phases, and content creation within EventsAir.
- Manage and resolve Salesforce, Pardot, and EventsAir support tickets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with support teams as needed.
- Maintain data hygiene through quality control and audits.
- Implement CRM improvements to meet business needs.
- Oversee CRM timelines to align with event schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and event execution.
Profile
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (essential).
- Familiarity with Pardot and event management platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in the travel and events industry.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed.
