Description

  • Support CRM management across events, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Assist in optimising Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot for efficiency and user experience.
  • Handle forms, phases, and content creation within EventsAir.
  • Manage and resolve Salesforce, Pardot, and EventsAir support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with support teams as needed.
  • Maintain data hygiene through quality control and audits.
  • Implement CRM improvements to meet business needs.
  • Oversee CRM timelines to align with event schedules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and event execution.

Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (essential).
  • Familiarity with Pardot and event management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Interest in the travel and events industry.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed.
