This QSR is one of the most famous chains in the world with tens of millions visitors each year! They are currently hiring for a CRM Growth Manager after a recent promotion in the team.

THE ROLE

As a CRM Growth Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Building campaigns in Braze across multiple channels (email, SMS, app, web, etc)
Getting involved in the strategy as well as the hands-on work
Working alongside an agency to plan and execute retention and acquisition campaigns
Using data to drive insights and develop further CRM campaigns
Work with wider teams to find new customers and retain existing customers

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in a CRM/Digital Marketing role using Braze is essential
Industry experience is preferred but by no means essential
Multi-channel campaign experience needed
Amplitude experience is a plus
