CRM Manager - Braze

A leading eCommerce Tech business that was founded in 2010 are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing Digital function. The company has doubled in size over recent years and have recently launched in new global markets.

You will be joining at an impressive stage of growth and will work with seriously impressive individuals who have recently joined the team.

Responsibilities

·Work with the Senior CRM Manager to deliver strategic projects whilst managing 3rd party relationships

·Support the CRM strategy aligned with the company's objectives and customer-centric approach. This will include analysing their customer data to build out a segmentation and lifecycle strategy

·Be the subject matter expert on the ideal customer experience, leveraging data to inform opportunities for personalisation and conversion optimisation

·Plan, build, execute, optimize and measure strategies for promotional campaigns deployed across different channels eg email, push, in-app

·Support the wider CRM team, supporting them with the delivery of their projects

·Execute a testing plan across trading, brand and automated email flows to optimise performance

Experience

·Experience in a CRM/ Email role where you have executed multi-channel campaigns, ideally with app experience

·Track record in CRM in a digital first or tech environments

·Experience using Braze is essential for this role

·Skilled in HTML and CSS
