Your Role:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Create and manage automated, multi-channel customer journeys
  • Analyse customer data to refine segmentation and personalise communications
  • Own the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, from setup to reporting
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to optimise CRM tools and processes
