CRM Manager - Fintech App:

A dynamic fintech app is looking for a CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and retention through a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both crafting high-level CRM strategies and rolling up their sleeves to implement campaigns that enhance the customer journey.
Your Role:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Create and manage automated, multi-channel customer journeys
- Analyse customer data to refine segmentation and personalise communications
- Own the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, from setup to reporting
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to optimise CRM tools and processes
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Analytical mindset with expertise in segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience ideally with Salesforce or Braze preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
