Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic and skilled Client Development Technology & Operations Manager to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis. This full-time, exempt position offers excellent benefits and presents an opportunity to work in one of London's most prestigious law firms.

Overview:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director and Associate Director of CD Tech & Ops to manage and support the comprehensive suite of marketing technology tools and systems. Your expertise in marketing, technology (including AI), analytics, training, and project management will be crucial in driving key client and business development initiatives to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on key firm systems like Foundation, Dealcloud, Vuture, and PitchPerfect.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance client and business development.
  • Oversee and direct the firm's CRM system strategy, ensuring data integrity and compliance with InfoSec and Governance standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to analyse, visualize, and report ROI on business development and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, technology, and/or project management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and experience database management systems.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
