Candidates should have experience in delivering insights on CRM campaigns, with a preference for those familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
While healthcare experience is a plus, B2C experience is essential for this position.
The salary for this role is up to £60,000 and it requires a hybrid/remote working arrangement with one day a month in the office.

THE COMPANY

This private healthcare provider is growing massively in the marketing space, and they are now looking for their first CRM specialist to grow this side of the business out!

THE ROLE

As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

Developing CRM strategies alongside marketing and wider business stakeholders
Creating customer journeys from scratch, and enhancing customer engagement
Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop campaigns
Reporting and analysis data off the back of campaigns
Standalone position reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is highly preferred
Experience delivering insights on CRM campaigns is ideal
Heathcare experience isn't needed but would be a plus
B2C experience is necessary
