  • Maintaining lists, and segments in Klaviyo
  • Managing CRM Campaigns
  • Ensuring optimisation of performance and KPI's
  • Conducting A/B testing

CRM Manager - Essential Skills:

  • Proven CRM Management Experience
  • Strong expertise in Klaviyo
  • Experience A/B testing for optimisation of campaigns
  • Strong experience and expertise with Acquisition and Retention
  • Communication and collaboration skill sets
