Clients include ITV, Global Media and Warner Media.About this role:As the CRM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy for a new product launch.The digital product will be promoted on traditional and social media and your job will be to define the CRM strategy that maximises initial sales and subscriptions and then engages customers to maximise retention, subscription upgrades and lifetime value.Your role is central to shaping multi-channel CRM campaigns, including personalised website user journeys, WhatsApp chat, email, push notifications, and lifecycle campaigns that drive and maintain sales and subscriptions.About the ClientWe create award-winning interactive services for the TV, radio and the film industry. Over the years we have been honoured to receive a number of national and international awards, including 'Best Platform Innovation', 'Best App' and 'Best Multi-platform Project' by Broadcast Magazine; BAFTA's TV Craft Awards short-listing and winning IBC’s international innovation awardAbout the Team:You would be joining a new start-up team within the established business to launch a new consumer-facing online product. The team will consist of experts in different fields who will work together in a new team of 10 people, with the support of a big business. The team will act like a mini business in its own rightYou Will:
- Define the CRM strategy, including customer segmentation and selecting the best communications channels.
- Use Braze to build customer segmentations, personalised customer journeys and campaigns in response to consumer behaviour.
- Assess the success of marketing campaigns, promotions, user journeys and refine them.
- Analyse customer data to identify key touchpoints and optimize the CRM strategy.
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that boost retention and drive subscriptions.
- Work with the product team to develop promotions and enhancements to the App and website.
- On a day-to-day basis you will be working with the CEO, a data analytics expert and the product team.
The ideal candidate:
- Several years of experience in managing marketing automation.
- Several years of experience in using Braze to design personalised user experiences and customer engagement. If you have experience using a similar customer engagement platform, this is fine as training can be provided and Braze people will help you realise the benefits of their product.
An advantage if you have experience in any of the following:
- Lotteries, online competitions, digital games, gambling and / or retail subscriptions.
- And, enjoys the spirit of working in a start-up environment and is willing to muck-in, use your initiative and take responsibility.
