THE COMPANY
We are working exclusively with a high-growth competition business on their first CRM hire.
THE ROLE
The successful CRM Manager responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end customer acquisition and retention processes, analysing data to understand customer behaviour, channel preferences, and subscription motivations
- Enhance lead nurturing strategies to increase conversion rates, focusing on optimizing onboarding processes and improving overall subscriber experience
- Oversee the design and execution of email campaigns, SMS communications, and emerging channels like WhatsApp, ensuring cohesive and engaging messaging aligned with customer preferences
- Utilise Klayvio to segment audiences, personalize communications, and drive engagement through targeted campaigns
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Experience with Klayvio, Braze or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on data analysis and campaign execution
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, thriving in a team-oriented culture focused on growth and achievement.
THE BENEFITS
The successful CRM Manager will receive a salary of up to £80,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
