As a CRM Manager, you will be:
- Leading and Optimising CRM Strategies
- Maintaining lists, and segments in Klaviyo
- Managing CRM Campaigns
- Ensuring optimisation of performance and KPI's
- Conducting A/B testing
CRM Manager - Essential Skills:
- Proven CRM Management Experience
- Strong expertise in Klaviyo
- Experience A/B testing for optimisation of campaigns
- Strong experience and expertise with Acquisition and Retention
- Communication and collaboration skill sets
