This is a contract job for 6 months, for a CRM Manager, with potential for extension. The successful candidate will have extensive experience using Dotdigital and Microsoft Dynamics, and an understanding of Mailchimp.

Description
- Lead in the roll out of a new CRM platform, as the charity transition from Mailchimp to Dotdigital.
- Plan and manage the charity's digital CRM marketing campaigns to grow awareness of the brand, engage audience and the industry in their services and deepen philanthropic engagement.
- Monitor success of CRM marketing activity, sharing insight with colleagues to ensure that plans are optimised to improve reach, engagement and ROI.
- Oversee CRM lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, making decisions on what marketing communications the team send to audiences via CRM.
- Testing and scaling a wide variety of campaigns to explore effective messaging and grow beneficiary and donor engagement.
- Write copy for email marketing campaigns, ensuring tone of voice is aligned with wider communications activities.
Profile
The successful CRM Marketing Manager should have:
- Extensive experience in CRM at a management level.
- Skilled in Dotdigital and Microsoft Dynamics.
- An understanding of data analysis and user experience optimisation.
- The ability to translate complex data to insight, and engage successfully with fundraising and communications teams to inform campaign success and future planning.
- Experience of setting up and managing automated communications to achieve different goals (i.e., fundraising, relationship management).
- Knowledge of GDPR legislation in practice and importance of applying appropriate policies to safeguard information.
- An understanding of how to develop and deliver content to target audiences.
Job Offer
- 6 month contract, on a day rate.
- £45-£50,000 on a day rate - inside IR35.
- Hybrid working in London - 2 days a week in office.
