Customer Success Manager - London

Hybrid working - 2/3 Days per week in London

Our client is leading the digital revolution in property development finance. Their innovative platform seamlessly connects brokers and borrowers with a vast network of specialist property finance lenders, facilitating the sourcing of the best-value development finance, bridging loans, and commercial mortgages quickly and effortlessly.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in championing relationships with mortgage intermediaries, lenders, and agents. You will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and success by providing exceptional service and support. This role will involve meeting with clients, including holding meetings at their offices, to understand their needs and objectives and to strengthen partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries, lenders, and agents, serving as their primary point of contact and to celebrate their adoption of the platform.
  • Provide personalised support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and driving product enhancements.
  • Conduct meetings with clients, including face-to-face meetings at their offices, to deepen relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • An interest in Tech
  • Ability to nurture lasting relationships.
  • Previous experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the Tech or Financial Services markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients, including holding meetings at their offices.
  • Familiarity with property development finance or a related industry is a plus, but not essential.
