A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly personable and organised Customer Success Manager to join a luxury healthcare clinic in the West End! This role requires you to work with the practices high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth clients and ensure that their first-class customer service standards are always met. This is a wonderful role that allows you to work alongside a group of passionate and dedicated individuals while also being able to make the role your own.   • You will be highly organised and adaptable.
  • Ideally possess previous experience working with HNW/UHNW clientele.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess the ability to multitask and handle several clients at one time
What you will do:
  • Communicate with clients over email and telephone
  • Enter client details into the practices database
  • Coordinate health assessment days for clients
  • Meet and greet on day of assessment
  • Oversee invoicing and liaising with the finance department
  • Serving as the overall point of contact for all clients assigned to you
