We are currently recruiting for the role of Customer Success Manager. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a fast-growing RecTech company dedicated to transforming the way recruitment companies calculate commissions, providing end-to-end automation of commission calculations via a first of its kind cloud-based platform!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and initial training for their success
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning strategies with their business objectives
  • Regularly engage with customers to assess satisfaction, anticipate needs, and offer additional value
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams for product improvement
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities aligned with customer needs
  • Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring ongoing value and addressing concerns

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the RecTech industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear, actionable insights for customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on driving customer outcomes and ensuring long-term success
  • Experience with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango), CRM systems and RecTech solutions such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus (e.g., Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Mercury)
  • Capable of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive customer-centric initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
