Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a media company within the B2B digital space. The role of Database Manager you will leverage customer data to develop targeted campaigns, enhance segmentation, and drive customer engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities of this Database Manager role:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns using database insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define campaign objectives, audiences, and KPIs.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and direct mail.
- Create and manage customer segmentation strategies for personalised marketing efforts.
- analyse customer behaviour and preferences to inform segmentation and targeting.
- Test and optimise personalised content to enhance engagement.
- Implement best practices for data security and privacy.
- Regularly review data usage policies and educate teams on compliance requirements.
Key requirements of this Database Manager role:
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B digital space.
- Proven ability to create and implement social media and marketing strategies.
- Ideally experience in database marketing, CRM management, or a related role
- Ideally having experience working in a high-growth online or offline publication.
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
- Basic HTML knowledge and strong IT skills.
- Capability to collaborate with external developers and agencies.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
