We are helping a dynamic marketing, digital media, and events company find a new Delegate Relations Executive to join their client Success team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, telesales, or sales, and involves supporting the Hosted Meetings Programme, managing delegate relationships, and ensuring smooth client interactions. What will this role involve:
- Oversee VIP onboarding for Hosted Meetings, handling registration, event details, and inquiries.
- Reach out to potential participants via phone, email, and social media to drive engagement.
- Assist in qualifying participants to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
- Foster strong relationships with VIPs through consistent communication and support.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring CRM systems and databases are kept up to date.
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Organized and personable, with experience in customer service, telesales, or sales.
- Strong communicator, able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Confident phone manner, comfortable engaging with senior executives and working under pressure.
