Position: Delegate Sales Manager

My client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Sales Manager to join a rapidly expanding progressive team. The ideal Delegate Sales Manager will have a strong background in delegate sales, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector. As a Delegate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving delegate sales for high-profile industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders, and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive delegate participation in industry-leading conferences and events.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective delegates and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and conferences.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delegate Sales Manager in the conference and events industry.
