In this role, you will manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring our events attract key decision-makers and industry leaders. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and nurturing strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the delegate sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet delegate sales targets for various events and conferences.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation (cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to pipeline management and closing.
