Description
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Building on the existing strategy whilst tying in with growth plans.
- Campaign Ownership: Lead multi-channel campaigns, including paid search & social ads, email marketing, and content
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Partner with the head of marketing, content team, event team and design team to improve lead nurturing programmes.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance, MQL/SQL conversion etc
- Sales collaboration: Work with Sales team to ensure lead monitoring and CRM systems are accurate.
Profile
- B2B experience
- Public Sector expertise: Strong advantage.
- Demand Generation/Field Marketing expertise: A solid background in driving demand and executing field marketing campaigns.
- Digital marketing expertise: Experience with marketing techniques, concepts, and tools, including CRM and marketing automation systems. Hubspot is a plus.
- Budget management skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage marketing budgets.
- Leadership skills: People management experience is preferred.
