Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Remote (UK based)
Circa £70-80K plus bonus

My client is a leading provider of digital solutions that streamline operations within the shipping industry. As a dynamic and global team, this business serves thousands of customers internationally, helping them navigate logistics through innovative, technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaboration with design, data, and content departments to ensure campaign synergy
- Drive lead generation and ensure a strong return on investment by setting clear objectives and KPIs, as well as tracking and measuring performance and attribution, and optimise marketing efforts to justify budget allocation and impact.
- Generate high-quality leads through a mix of organic and paid channels.
- Leverage non-paid strategy such as in-product promotions, webinars, website optimisation, email marketing, and marketing automation, whilst also utilising promoted social (SEO, PPC)
- Seek new clients through transforming and improving lead gen approaches to attract both new and existing prospects into business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B marketing or demand generation role (with experience with SaaS or digital transformation)
- Educated to degree level
- Well-versed in ABM
- A knack for written communication and strong numerical and analytical skills
- Expertise in a variety of marketing, sales, and digital platforms such as CRM and paid media channels (Google and LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting solutions)
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience (internally and externally) with a direct focus on field sales and product teams.
