Digital Product Manager | Central London/ Hybrid |Consumer brand | £50-60k

As the Digital Product Manager, you will join the team in a pivotal role - you will play a key role in the evolution of the company website platform to deliver world class online customer experience and accelerate digital growth.

As the Digital Product Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with the Digital team to define and deliver projects that will support the digital strategy and vision to grow digital sales
  • Drive the development and delivery of key business projects to improve the ecommerce website proposition including a potential eCommerce replatform, new mobile capability including mobile apps
  • Develop new digital products and services to deliver our digital strategy such as subscription services and bulk ordering
  • Manage the development budget for the website for improvements in conjunction with the digital team
  • Project Manage the replatforming of the website to a new ecommerce platform
  • Manage the improvements and strategy around subscription selling and pre-order capabilities
  • Undertake regular benchmarks of the company's proposition against key competitors and define the key capability gaps to organise the next projects in order to become World Class

Key experience needed:

  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and best practice
  • Great knowledge of mobile best practices
  • Product management qualifications would be an advantage
  • Good technical understanding of eCommerce platforms and associated technologies
  • Strong end to end product management skills
  • Strong drive for results - ability to get things done independently with minimum direction
  • Experience working for a multi-category general merchandise retailer is preferred
  • Several years' experience in a similar product management role with a retailer
  • Experience working on a major eCommerce replatform project

This is an exciting opportunity as the brand embarks on a major investment programme in its eCommerce capability including a replatform project. This person will need to be able to manage a roadmap of projects to drive short term business improvements while also managing larger longer-term projects such as the eCommerce replatform.
