Direct Marketing Executive (Legacy and Journeys)


Location: London (E1)

Working pattern: Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in the office (Thursday is main office day)
Pay: £13.87 per hour plus £1.67 per hour holiday pay (equivalent to £25,235 per annum FTE)
Contract Type: Temporary

Duration: 4-8 weeks
Hours of work: Full-time, 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

About the Role

This temporary role is focused on essential administrative and support tasks within the Legacy and Journeys team. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining excellent supporter care during this cover period.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Requests: Handle free will service requests, including setting up and updating database records.Information Fulfilment: Respond to information requests from campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.Legacy Post: Sort and scan incoming legacy-related correspondence.Legacy Administration: Assist with administrative tasks such as letter writing to supporters and stakeholders.Supporter Engagement: Send out information packs to supporters, ensuring all materials are accurate and well-presented.Results Recording: Record and collate campaign results, supporting the team in tracking performance.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within a charity, marketing, or customer service setting.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
