An incredible E-Commerce Manager opportunity to work for an established music entertainment business.

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the launch of daily new album campaigns and products, working with the wider team to oversee all aspects of launch announcement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working across daily merchandising and optimisation of assigned store fronts, ensuring an optimal browsing and best possible customer experience for fans
  • Day to day management of Shopify stores, ensuring homepage optimisation and offers and buy buttons are appropriate and effective
  • Assisting with theme updates and as needed, briefing development and app requests
  • Working with the stores marketing manager to drive the best conversion rate and how we can provide the best UX for the stores customers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing e-commerce stores
  • Knowledge of the wider music retail landscape from stores to labels and distributors
  • Shopify experience and ability to work with store CMS, themes, and an understanding of core Shopify apps
  • Experience of working with stock management and order management systems
