Ecommerce Manager wanted for a luxury Jewellery RetailerSalary: up to £55kLocation: London/WFHJoin our fast-growing team and help shape our digital strategy as we expand our presence in the UK and Europe. We're looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Manager to drive online growth and enhance customer experiences across all digital channels.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Chief Digital Officer to implement a digital-first strategy aligned with our brand and goals.- Track KPIs for sales, site performance, and ecommerce initiatives, using data to drive results.- Manage Ecommerce Roadmap: Oversee site improvements, optimizing functionality and customer experience.- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital campaigns.- Online Promotions: Plan and execute the marketing calendar, updating site content to align with business goals.- Customer Journey Optimisation: Improve digital experiences through A/B testing, personalization, and UX enhancements.- Maintain SEO best practices and drive site performance enhancements.- Partner with teams to create campaigns that drive both online and in-store sales.- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to optimize segmentation and promotional performance.Skills & Experience:-4+ years in ecommerce management, ideally in luxury, jewellery, or retail.-Experience of managing a team. -Expertise in managing ecommerce platforms and improving website performance.-Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in Google Analytics and KPI tracking.-Solid knowledge of SEO and its application in ecommerce.-Commercially savvy, with a results-driven approach.-Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.-Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., marketing, SEO agencies).- Familiarity with Google Analytics, MS Office, and performance marketing tools.This is an incredible opportunity for an entrepreneurial and autonomous individual with a proven track record in ecommerce management.
