About:

Role:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy
  • Implement SEO and onsite search optimizations
  • Develop & execute paid and organic strategy to drive traffic to the site, conversion from socials & grow online sales
  • Oversee the online platform on a daily basis to optimize user experience and customer retention
  • Weekly data analysis report to comprehansively track performance indicators and return on investment when applicable
  • To ensure the digital strategy aligns with both local and international marketing plans, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the international head office to deliver a seamless, high-performing online presence.
  • Own and manage the Shopify website platform ensuring that performance, functionality & usability are best in class.
  • Stay on top of media trends and comparable business techniques and emerging Technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience working within similar fashion retail, online retailer.
  • Extensive experience using Shopify and other online platforms
  • Analyse the key metrics to identify opportunities for improving traffic, conversion, avarage order value and customer retention
  • Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user friendly features and resolving any customer issues promptly
  • Ensure all relevant products are displayed correctly and inline with brand expectations and guideliness
  • Controlling e-commerce inventory and take all necessary actions
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency to interpret traffic and sales data, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, agile environment with responsibility for key decision making.
