A fantastic opportunity to join a business to consumer property business as an E- Commerce Manager. This is a newly created role, and you will be reporting into the Head of Marketing and manage a digital executive.

You will be responsible for

  • Defining and implementing an industry leading ecommerce process and user experience
  • Leading on digital innovation and managing the website development pipeline
  • Own and optimise the conversion funnel to improve commercial outcomes, analysing and reporting on performance
  • Work closely with the digital marketing manager to support delivery of the strategy for all paid search, paid social, SEO, Email and SMS marketing
  • Manage the delivery of campaigns and activations across digital platforms
  • Develop and maximise all new and existing online revenue generation opportunities through digital platform enhancements

To be considered for the role you will match the following :

  • A proven track record within experience in ecommerce and you will be an experienced manage
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles, theory and best practice
  • Hands-on experience of managing web development projects to optimise customer journeys and experience
  • Solid understanding of and experience in managing multiple digital platforms and integrations with backend systems.
  • Web literacy and proficiency in data extraction and the use of databases and reporting tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience of web tools and platforms.
