Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for this international business within the luxury Accessories, Gifts, Watch & Jewellery sector. This brand is steeped with heritage but still pride themselves on innovation & design in the market today.

This role would be a 6-12-month contact as an eCommerce Trading Manager is to oversee and refine the digital strategy & enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of this eCommerce Trading Manager:

  • Manage all digital activities on the website, including product display, returns and exchanges & payments.
  • Align e-commerce activities with local and international marketing plans.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, Marketing Manager, head office team and external agencies, to manage and optimise digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimise daily PPC, SEA, retargeting.
  • Perform daily updates of product listings and content on the e-commerce website.
  • Validate orders, performing fraud checks, process control, and managing cart abandonment.
  • Conduct daily sales and traffic analysis, reporting on key KPIs and other metrics.
  • Continuously optimise traffic, sales, KPIs, content, and customer experience.
  • Implement, manage, and analyse A/B testing to improve the user journey and boost sales.
  • Lead and oversee two team members- e-commerce executive and coordinator.

Requirements for this eCommerce Trading Manager:

  • Ideally having 2-3 years + experience with eCommerce/Digital retail in agency or inhouse environment
  • Maternity cover ideally candidate available Immediately or within 4 weeks
  • Working knowledge in Magento or another similar CMS system
  • Working knowledge in SAP, MS Office, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster
  • Basic understanding of HTML5 is desirable but not essential
  • Genuine passion for customer service, luxury/fashion, and the brand's target audience, with proven experience
