They are based in Central London, looking to hire a CRM manager to sustain their high levels of growth. You'll access their leading technology and data-driven strategies, helping them support regions within their global network to continue their success.Your new role As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and analysis of their global campaigns - collaborating with regions within their global network to ensure all business needs are met. This is a b2b/c role where you will deal with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure design guidelines are met and advise on campaign results. For this reason, quality communication skills are essential. You will be required to have extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with working technical knowledge of building and delivering emails. You will also be required to have expertise in the full spectrum of data analysis and be able to share best practice recommendations in a confident and data-backed manner. What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent technical salesfource marketing cloud skills
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and analysing / interpreting data
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with excellent organisation skills
- 3 years + experience workng in a CRM role
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to drive customer-centric initiatives
- Strong Stakeholder management
