About the Role:

• You'll be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns for a prestigious real estate brand, working closely with key stakeholders to enhance the marketing strategy.

• Manage over 2.5 million emails monthly across multiple markets, with a primary focus on luxury real estate in London and affluent countryside locations.

• Collaborate with an experienced marketing team to drive results across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee email marketing strategy, design, and execution for a premium real estate brand.

• Support other brands as needed, with a strong focus on email campaign performance.

• Work with the BriefYourMarket ESP (experience with other ESPs or CRMs is welcomed).

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in email marketing at a managerial level.

• Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for problem-solving.

• Ability to work autonomously, while being a reliable and self-driven team member.

• Previous experience in real estate marketing is a plus, but not essential.
